Leave it to Poliform to open a bistro and make it feel like a natural extension of everything they’ve always stood for.
Poliform Café opened this spring in Piazza della Scala, Milan, right next to their new flagship store. It’s open Monday through Saturday, 8am to 9pm, taking you from a morning espresso all the way through aperitivo hour. The menu is built around seasonal Italian ingredients, timeless recipes, and what sounds like a very good wine list.
On the surface it’s a café. But it’s really about something bigger. Poliform has always believed that how you live in a space matters as much as how it looks. Food, hospitality, and the rituals around them are part of that. This is just the brand saying so out loud.
