Jessica Chepovsky
CEO / Owner
Originally from Connecticut, Jessica spent her childhood observing her mother, an interior designer, help her clients transform their homes and offices into beautiful, well-designed spaces. These were her earliest lessons in the important role that design plays in people’s lives.
After completing her studies in Industrial Design at Rhode Island School of Design, she moved to New York to launch her career in kitchen and bathroom design. Beginning in 2004, she began working for Poliform, which took her to New York, London, and Los Angeles and deepened her expertise in all aspects of the business and client experience.
In 2023, Jessica was ready for a new challenge and opened her own showroom in La Jolla California. She is now the exclusive dealer of Poliform, Antonio Lupi, Ethimo and Lualdi in the San Diego area.
Jessica’s design style marries the contemporary to the timeless, function to aesthetics. She uses a mix of luxurious materials, colors, and textures to create spaces that embody her clients needs and way of life and to create a unified, striking final product.
Also, a talented jewelry designer, Jessica applies her keen eye and design sense to the creative transformation of metals and unusual materials, resulting in wearable art that is an expression of her creativity and unique style.
Dora Kelle
CFO / Owner
Born in Hungary and raised in Canada and the United States, Dora developed a passion for architecture through extensive travels around the world from a young age. This early exposure to diverse architectural styles and structures fueled her desire to pursue formal education in the field. She attended the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and later earned a master’s degree in architecture from Columbia University, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of architectural principles and design.
With over a decade of experience working at Poliform and other renowned architecture firms, Dora has made significant contributions to numerous projects, specializing in high-end, innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Dora has established a reputation as a dedicated and talented professional in the architecture and design industry. Beyond her professional achievements, she has successfully balanced a fulfilling personal life, raising three children with her husband, a fellow architect from Japan.
Bahar Janani
Design & Sales
Bahar is an Interior Architect who believes design is more than creating beautiful spaces, it’s about shaping a life filled with joy and meaning. Born in Persia, a land of deep artistic heritage, she discovered early on how art and design could turn vision into reality. After completing her degree in Interior Architecture in 2007, she co-founded a design studio with her architect brother in 2010, a collaboration that blended creativity and family.
In 2015, Bahar and her husband, Amin, a project manager, began a new chapter in Montreal. There, she enriched her studies in Interior Design and embraced the city’s historic charm and cultural diversity, which inspired her to develop a signature design language: a timeless and stylish blend of different influences, uniquely her own.
In 2023, Bahar, Amin, and their little boy moved to San Diego, continuing their journey with the belief that wherever peace and love are present, any place can truly feel like home.
After years of experience across Canada and the United States, Bahar joined Unscripted Spaces in 2025, a team she deeply admires for their innovative and heartfelt approach to design. With them, she helps clients create high-end, meaningful environments that not only elevate daily living but also nurture lasting relationships built on trust, care, and loyalty.
