Poliform has once again demonstrated its mastery of contemporary Italian design through the interiors of two new culinary destinations in Monaco: Robuchon Monaco and Le Petit Café Robuchon.
Created in collaboration with celebrated designer Francis Sultana, the two restaurants capture distinct expressions of the JR Robuchon group’s culinary artistry. Each space tells its own story—yet both are united by Sultana’s sophisticated aesthetic, where ethnic influences meet Art Deco elegance inspired by the 1920s and ’30s.
Haute Design Meets Haute Cuisine
For this project, Poliform Contract translated Sultana’s creative vision into custom-made furnishings for both indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Robuchon Monaco reflects a refined, neoclassical atmosphere.
- Le Petit Café Robuchon embodies a lively, convivial spirit.
Together, they illustrate how Poliform’s design language bridges hospitality and artistry—offering the same precision, comfort, and attention to detail that define its residential collections.
This partnership between Poliform and Francis Sultana marks a continuation of their successful collaboration following the acclaimed Hotel La Palma in Capri project, once again merging Italian craftsmanship with global sophistication.
