Good lighting doesn’t just fill a room, it defines it. Here’s a look at how three BOMMA collections have shown up in real interiors around the world, and why they’re worth considering for your next project in La Jolla or San Diego.
Dew Drops: The View Villa, Mallorca
The Dew Drops collection was installed throughout a luxury villa in Mallorca by designer Marcel Remus, used as both wall and pendant lighting. The collection takes its shape from water droplets on a blade of grass, crystal forms suspended from hand-sewn leather or vegan leather bands. The result is organic and refined at the same time. It works beautifully in bedrooms, living spaces, and anywhere you want lighting that feels considered rather than just functional..

Umbra: Private Residence, Orlando
A private home in Orlando chose the Umbra collection, mouth-blown crystal globes paired with elliptical metal shades in pastel tones, designed by DECHEM Studio. The shade shape is actually derived from the shadow cast by the crystal ball itself, which is a detail worth knowing. Umbra reads as quiet and sculptural. It’s a strong choice above a dining table or in a bedroom where you want presence without drama.

Pyrite: Schattdecor, Thansau
The Pyrite collection was used in the reception area of Schattdecor’s office in Germany. Inspired by mineral formations, each hand-blown crystal cube is framed by a polished metal component in gold, silver, patina gold, or brass. It scales beautifully, from a single pendant to large chandelier installations. If you’re doing a high-ceiling entryway or an open living space, Pyrite is one to look at.
